70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha & 10% Mazuelo.
The grapes have been mildly crushed, de-stemmed and transferred to vitrified concrete tanks. The fermentation temperature was controlled at 30°C, remaining in maceration for twenty-five days to obtain the structure, colour and aroma.
Next, after the decuvé, the wine was transferred to fine American oak barrels where it aged for 24 months to acquire its personality and nobility of the aging. The wine was bottled after this and remained in the bottle cellar.
Very much alive and fruity. Clean and brilliant ruby colour. Powerful and expressive aromas with exotic notes of flowers and ripe fruit. In the mouth well constituted, lively, ample and fresh in aromas.
Balanced, with good power of red fruit flavours and soft tannins.
Semi-cured cheeses, roasted red meats and big game.
