Five generations of winegrowers and oenologists, restless and passionate, who always have pursued the same dream: to achieve excellence in winemaking. A family who is synonymous with the respect for nature as with the commitment to the quality of each of the produced wines and olive oils by means of a perfect balance between the inherited wisdom and the innovative spirit of the family.

3 APPELLATIONS THAT REPRESENT THE FAMILY’S ENTERPRISING SPIRIT
Curiosity is part of the family’s DNA and thanks to the freedom it gives us to fully manage all the production processes, from cultivation to commercialization, we work on innovation and continuous improvement.
A small cave dug into the mountain was the place of origin of the first wines of the family. Four generations later the production of cava, wine, vermouth and olive oil carries the same identity, the excitement and the know-how transmitted from parents to children.
CENTURY-OLD VINEYARDS THAT REPRESENT THE ROOTS OF OUR HISTORY, A SILENT WITNESS OF THE FAMILY EVOLUTION
With the term Vidau our ancestors referred to the estates in which vines of different varieties were grown. Vineyards that we continue to cultivate as they did with the utmost respect for the land, the vines and the environment in which they are located.
The vineyard is our most important asset, which is why we treat it with the utmost respect following the traditional philosophy: maintaining the natural balance of ecosystems by enhancing the biodiversity at our estates. In all plots, the use of chemical fertilizers is avoided by using worm humus instead, insecticides are substituted by the biological control methodology and cultural practices such as mowing are carried out to avoid the use of herbicides.
