Tradition in its most genuine form, the love and enthusiasm that our parents, Antonia and Benito, passed on to us towards the cultivation of the vineyards that had previously been cultivated by their parents and grandparents.

VARIETALS
100% Vidau (50% Garnacha, 30% Tempranillo & 20% Other)

ELABORATION
The grapes, selected from vines between 80 and 120 years old, are hand-picked and transported in small boxes at 6 °C to avoid crushing and pre-fermentation. Upon arrival at the winery, these grapes are selected a second time on the conveyer belt where the best berries from each of the clusters are chosen.
The fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts at a temperature of 30ºC. The maceration is prolonged for 35 days and once the wine has been devatted, it spends 17 months in French and Romanian oak barrels, making a total of 5 rackings before bottling.
CATA
Cherry red colour covered. Fine and elegant on the nose, with balanced aromas of creamy, toasty and ripe fruit. An expressive wine with a lot of complexity.
Powerful, fleshy and rounded in the mouth, rich in nuances and an elegant aftertaste.
PLATOS RECOMENDADOS
The prefect companion for cured cheeses, beef, roasts, big and small game as wild boar, deer or partridge.
