ELABORATION
Grapes selected from the family vineyards located on the estates in the municipality of Grávalos, an extremely high area in which wines with very good acidity and fine, elegant aromas are produced.
The fermentation is carried out in 225 litre oak barrels with a medium toast and then it remains in contact with its lees for seven months with constant battonage in order to achieve maximum expression in the wine.
TASTING NOTES
Bright straw yellow colour.
Intense aromas of good intensity and elegance in which floral and fruity profiles stand out over the balsamic and spicy aromas that originate from the oak ageing process.

Roast lamb, grilled vegetables and legumes and any meat, from white meats to roasts and game.
