Grandfather’s recipe mentioned that Garnacha is the grape variety that concentrates the most sugars during the ripening period.
Its late harvest makes this concentration of sugars ideal for the production of this vermouth. Once the base wine has been made, it is macerated with more than 25 different botanicals native to the area to obtain this delicious vermouth.
TASTING NOTES
Complex aroma with a predominance of ripe fruit; notes of honey, cinnamon, (thyme and rosemary) with a pleasant dry-future finish.
The perfect balance between the bitterness of absinthe and the sweetness of overripe fruit.
FOOD MATCH
In snacks at the beginning of the meal, and at the end of the meal, delicious drink as a cocktail.
It is advisable to take it cold at 6-7ºC with ice and accompanied with a slice of orange! Delicious!
