ELABORATION
The grapes have been mildly crushed, de-stemmed and transferred to vitrified concrete tanks.
The fermentation temperature was controlled at 30°C, remaining in maceration for twenty- five days to obtain the structure, colour and aroma. Next, after the decuvé, the wine was transferred to fine American oak barrels where it aged for twelve months to acquire its personality and nobility of the aging. The wine was bottled after this and remained in the bottle cellar.
CATA
Clean and bright ruby red with good cover. Aromas of ripe fruit, dairy and spices, with hints of quality oak.
Savory, balance between the aging and mature fruit with hints of toasted oak. Pleasant run through and well structured.
FOOD MATCH
Grilled meats, duck, pork, stews and cheeses.
