A very balanced olive oil, extracted from one of the best varieties of olives, the Arbequina, characterized by its high resistance to low temperatures and collected from family- owned olive groves.
To preserve its aroma and flavor, it is bottled unfiltered, therefore some sediment may appear that certifies the authenticity of a natural handmade product.

TASTING NOTES
Intense green oil with extraordinarily complex aromas. Nice aroma of olive fruit with hints of thyme, rosemary and tomato plant. The palate is very soft, round and elegant with a slight bitter and spicy touch at the end. Harmonious and very balanced.
