ELABORATION
The grapes come from the winery’s vineyards on the slopes of Mount Yerga and they are harvested in a very sound state and with a perfect quality of aromas.
The grapes were macerated for 12 hours after which the must was extracted. They remained in a tank for 24 hours to be cleaned and once cleaned, they were fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 15 days.
TASTING NOTE
Clean and bright, strawberry pink slightly orange in colour.
Primary aromas of the variety, fruity and very fine.
In the mouth, a soft, fresh and balanced palate.
