ELABORATION
The grapes are harvested in a very sound state and with a perfect quality of aromas. The method used to make this wine is the result of a research project in which experiments are carried out in order to achieve a longer-lasting white wine than usual. 30% is fermented in American oak barrels. The result is a white wine with a positive evolution in the bottle and with a long life.
TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow colour with greenish edges, clean and bright. On the nose, fruity aromas typical of the Chardonnay variety with a small touch of barrel that makes it very pleasant.

Appetizers, grilled fish, rice, pasta and oriental food.
