Grapes selected manually from the family vineyards located in the municipality of Grávalos (La Rioja), south of Mount Yerga at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level. This height provides grapes with low alcohol content and good acidity which results in very fresh cavas with fine and elegant aromas.
ELABORATION
The free-run juice is obtained through a gentle pressing and its fermentation is carried out at a low temperature to preserve the aromas of the grapes.
At the beginning of March, it is bottled to carry out the second fermentation where it remains for a minimum of 24 months sur lie.
TASTING NOTES
Golden colour with greenish reflections.
It presents an effervescence with an elegant flow of fine bubbles. Fresh and intense aroma with notes of wild herbs and ripe fruit.
Fresh, fruity, elegant and with a fine nose.

Hot and cold starters, fish and seafood, foie gras, fresh and aged cheese.
