ELABORATION
In 1956 Benito Escudero Abad selected the best grapes at the time of over-ripening in the oldest vineyard. Once picked, they were spread out in the sun on thyme plants to passify them and then fermented in concrete tanks until they passed through oak barrels.
59 years have passed this wine in the oak barrels, until in 2016 1500 bottles of the 19 available barrels were bottled.
A very special limited edition, 05 l bottles presented in individual cases, numbered and signed by Benito.
TASTING NOTES
A long-lasting wine like the name that inspires it, made to delight, where the aromas and sensations are extraordinary, like life itself.
Red colour with mahogany tones, clean and bright.
In the nose it is intoxicating and powerful with aromas of very ripe fruit, hints of liquorice and aromas of wood. In the mouth it is enveloping, warm and persistent.
FOOD MATCH
With appetizers, desserts and, of course, for long conversations in general.
