ELABORATION
Grapes from the vineyards owned by the family, located on the slopes of Mount Yerga at 700 metres above sea level.
At the end of the fermentation, the must is cooled so that the yeasts no longer transform the sugar into alcohol and thus achieve the objective of making the wine naturally sweet.
TASTING NOTES
Light straw yellow colour, with overripe fruit and very subtle but intense honey aromas.
Delicate in the mouth, with a hint of freshness that perfectly balances the sweet finish.
A wine to have a smile on.
FOOD MATCH
Perfect with any kind of appetizer at the beginning of the meal, as well as accompanying sweets or desserts at the end of the meal.
