ELABORATION
The grapes come from the winery’s vineyards on the slopes of Mount Yerga. The Tempranillo variety was harvested in the first fortnight of October, the Garnacha in mid-October and the Mazuelo in the first week of November.
The alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank and lasted 10 days. The devatting was done 15 days after the vatting. It remained in fine American oak barrels for 4 months.
TASTING NOTES
Raspberry red colour, clean and bright.
In nose very evident fruit aromas due to its elaboration, black fruits and oak well blended.
A harmonious palate with the right proportion of alcohol.
FOOD MATCH
All kinds of tapas, cold meat, white meats, semi-cured cheese and blue fish.
