ELABORATION
Located in the town of Grávalos, a village in the Riojan mountains, at an altitude of 700 metres. The climate is very harsh with abundant frost in winter and hot summers. The temperature differences in summer are up to 30ºC between day and night.
A wine that is cared for during fermentation, once this is finished the must is cooled so that the yeasts do not continue to transform the sugar into alcohol and thus achieve the objective of making the wine naturally sweet, which is the main characteristic of this wine.
TASTING NOTES
Soft straw yellow colour, with overripe fruit and very subtle but intense honeys. Very delicate and smooth in the mouth, fresh. Medium-long aftertaste, with a smooth finish.
FOOD MATCH
Perfect with any kind of appetizer at the beginning of the meal, as well as accompanying sweets or desserts at the end of the meal.
